• Delivery is available within the UK only.

• We dispatch orders according to the date listed on the order, but delivery times may vary.

• We use Royal Mail and are not responsible for delays once goods are dispatched.

• Please ensure the delivery address is correct; we cannot be held liable for delivery issues due to incorrect details.

 

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• You may cancel an order up to 24 hours after placing it, provided it has not already been prepared or dispatched.
