Welcome to Letterbox Lamingtons! We started out as a simple fix to a small but real issue: regular lamingtons are just... a bit too chunky. That’s where lamington fingers come in - neatly sized, perfectly balanced, and small enough to slide right through your letterbox. No missed deliveries, no hassle. 

 

We’re a small home bakery with Aussie roots, now based in the UK. Like many expats, we missed the classic taste of home—so we started baking it. Lamingtons have been around since the early 1900s (thanks, Lord Lamington), and we think it’s about time more people knew about them.
