Our Story
Letterbox Lamingtons was born from a solution to a simple problem. Bigger lamingtons just weren't convenient! The sponge to coating ratio is skewed (in our humble opinion), and you'd have to post them as a parcel. Lamington fingers are thin enough to post right through your letterbox. No waiting for parcels or receiving the dreaded 'sorry we couldn't catch you' delivery card.
Our Mission
Enjoying baked goods is one of life's simple pleasures. Letterbox Lamingtons is here to facilitate that. As an Aussie transplant in London, we're familiar with missing the taste of home and we hope we can provide the solution for that for other expats from the southern hemisphere. Aside from that, everyone should know the joy of lamingtons, and we'd be stoked to introduce them to a wider audience in the UK!
