Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be delighted with your order! As a small home bakery, we freshly bake each item to order with care and attention. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines when and how refunds or replacements may apply.

 

1. Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply for change of mind or personal taste preferences.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Not as described

  • Not delivered with reasonable care and skill

 

2. Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items)

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

 

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

 

We will assess and, where appropriate, offer:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A replacement

  • A credit for future orders

 

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch/delivery time for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and ingredients may already be underway.

 

4. Late or Missing Deliveries

While we aim to dispatch all orders on time, we are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has left our premises. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
